Concept: Temporary Theater for “The Paris Project”
Client: Tony Whitfield
Role: Industrial Design
As a freelance designer for Tony Whitfield, I helped iterate and develop construction designs for a pop-up theater in Paris for public performance and art festival “The Paris Project.” The design was meant to feel like a rustic, barn frame, using simple wooden beams and prefab joinery, with standard rented risers. The project is on-going. The location site is on the bank os the Seine River near the Musée des Égouts de Paris. I also designed variations of light chandeliers that will be auctioned off during the event.
